I’m glad to see that you stopped in at my Blog, Do you want to know why?  My name is Brian (Brian C. Lee) and I have been studying individual and organizational transformation for the past 23 years.  I am excited to say that I have discovered that organizations, like human beings, have a natural design.  I love to explain these naturally occurring patterns and principles, which I now refer to as Organization Ontologics (O2 for short).  Over the years I have been able to use O2 when I’ve enjoyed  the priviledge of coaching, mentoring, and consulting with CEOs, elected officials, owners, executive teams, senior management teams, program managers, enterprise architects, and individual contributors.  Transformation is everyone’s opportunity and challenge, so please join the dialog to get answers and to give answers.  My hope is that together we can explain why your organization’s transformation is going the way it is -  whether it is something challenging that you need to figure out or something great that you want to continue.
